Collection and Delivery
We offer local collection and delivery within three miles of our base in Higher Kinnerton, making our ironing service as convenient & hassle-free as possible. So, if you live in Kinnerton, Broughton, Hope, Penyffordd, Penymynydd or Dodleston, there’s no need to travel or rearrange your day — we can come to you for a small fee. Beyond this, we charge an additional fee to cover our time and petrol costs.
Collection & delivery times are flexible and arranged to suit your schedule, whether that’s around work, school runs or family life. We always aim to be punctual, reliable & clear with timings, so you know exactly when to expect us.
Your clothes are collected, ironed with care, and returned neatly folded or ready to hang, saving you time & effort from start to finish. You're welcome to provide us with hangers.
Of course, we accept drop-offs and pick-ups, if that's your preference.

Turnaround Times
We understand that sometimes you need your clothes back quickly — whether it’s for work, school, or a last-minute event. That’s why we have the ironing turnaround times to suit your needs.
Standard Service: Your clothes will be carefully ironed and returned within our normal service window of 48 hours to ensure each item gets the attention it deserves.
Same-Day or Next-Day Service: Need your clothes in a hurry? We offer fast ironing service in Chester and Flintshire, subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
No matter which option you choose, our goal is the same: neatly pressed clothes, returned on time, so you can enjoy your free time without worrying about ironing.
