New to using an ironing service? You’re not alone. It’s completely normal to have questions — from how collection works to how your clothes are cared for. We’ve put together answers to the most common queries so you know exactly what to expect, with no awkward surprises or guesswork.

1. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Higher Kinnerton, Chester/Flintshire & we serve surrounding towns and villages too. If you're in any doubt as to whether we operate in your area, just email us or WhatsApp us.
2. Do you have a minimum order or minimum charge?
Yes, we have a minimum order of £15.
3. How much does it cost?
We keep our pricing simple, fair, and transparent, so you’ll never be caught out by hidden fees. Whether you prefer to pay per item or per hour, our ironing service is designed to suit your needs and your budget. 4. What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hrs. Express options (same-day or next‑day) may be available for an extra fee of £10, depending on availability.
5. What items do you iron — and are there any you don’t?
We can iron almost anything from shirts, trousers, suits to bedding, dresses & pillowcases. Anything with certain care instructions is treated accordingly; if in doubt, just ask. Unfortunately, we do not iron curtains or wedding dresses.
6. Do I need to be home for collection/delivery?
For collections, if you're not home, you can leave your items in a pre‑agreed, safe place (porch, garage, etc.) For any deliveries, it would be preferable if you're home as we take payment upon delivery. We can, however, deliver when you're not home if payment is received in advance.
7. How should I pack my clothes for collection?
Just pop them into any bag (e.g. IKEA bags), a laundry bag, keep them in your basket, or hanging. We don't mind. They will be returned to you as we receive them at collection or when you drop them off.
8. What happens if something gets damaged?
We handle each garment with great care. All services are insurance-backed.
9. How do I pay?
We kindly ask for payment on delivery of your ironed clothes or when you come to collect them. We can take both cash payments and bank transfer.
10. Do you provide hangers?
Unfortunately, we do not provide our own hangers. We are happy for you to provide your own if that's how you would prefer to have your clothes returned.
